CoreBeam Telecomm is a privately-held Mexican operator building a network-neutral carrier hotel and metro interconnection fabric for the Querétaro region — designed from the ground up around the principle that the value of an interconnection point scales with the number of networks that meet inside it.
The Prism Beam at the heart of CoreBeam's identity is the operating thesis made visual. Raw infrastructure — power, space, fiber — enters the facility and refracts into specialized interconnection services that carriers, data centers, content networks, and IXPs consume on their own terms.
Querétaro is emerging as one of Latin America's most strategic data center hubs. Hyperscale clouds have arrived. Regional colocation is expanding. Submarine cable and backbone capacity is landing. What the market is missing — and what CoreBeam is built to provide — is the neutral meeting point where all of this infrastructure can physically interconnect without going through a competitor's building or a competitor's carrier.
